Hiring in staff comes at a price and can be very hard to commit to when your business is finding its feet. Allocating administrative tasks to fill in permanent staff’s contracted hours can also become a bad use of your time as well as theirs, why have someone in your office when you simply don’t need them?

I cover my own office overheads, I don’t require any holiday or sick pay, and my pension is my own concern…not yours!.
